Product Specialist
Location: Home-based or office-based plus UK/Ireland travel.
Salary: Dependent on experience.

Main responsibilities:
- Provide high level support to customers remotely and at customer sites
- Provide specialist equipment training remotely and at customer sites
- Develop and maintain good contact with customers
- Being part of a team installing networked systems at hospital sites
- Assist with and perform product demonstrations to customers
- Organise customer site visits and product trials/evaluations
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Qualification to appropriate degree or postgraduate level e.g. clinical science, information technology, medical physics, biomedical engineering
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- A thorough understanding of our products and their clinical applications (full product training will be provided)
- Good technical “know how” and an interest in IT and medical technology
- Full driving licence
Support Engineer
Location: Office-based plus UK/Ireland travel.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the successful applicant will install, repair and perform preventative maintenance on a range of neurodiagnostic equipment at hospital sites and clinics across the UK and Ireland.
Main responsibilities:
- To install single systems or large networked systems (larger installations completed as part of a team)
- To perform preventative and routine maintenance on installed equipment in a professional manner
- To troubleshoot, diagnose and repair systems on-site and/or remotely via telephone and PC
- Have direct interaction with customers and be a point of contact for customer support queries
- Have a thorough understanding of all software packages to support any customer queries (training provided)
- Liaise with manufacturer regarding system development i.e., cloud data storage, software and hardware development.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- HNC, HND, degree or postgraduate in appropriate subject (e.g.: electronics, engineering or IT)
- Previous experience networking, servicing, diagnosing and repairing medical equipment (desirable)
- Previous experience working in a hospital environment (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate well to customers
- Capable of working independently and able to remain calm in high pressure situations
- Strong time management skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Full UK driving licence and must be willing to travel extensively in the UK and Ireland
Clinical Applications Specialist
Location: Home or office based with extensive UK/Ireland travel.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Working for a high-growth supplier of diagnostic neurophysiology equipment, you will be required to:
- provide high level applications support and training to clinical users
- assist our sales team with presentations and customer product evaluations
- assist with on-site networked equipment installations
Full product training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing high level applications support to customers
- Providing specialist equipment training at customer hospital sites
- Assist with and perform product demonstrations to customers
- Organising customer site visits and product evaluations
- Develop and maintain good contact with customers
- Being part of a team installing networked systems at hospital sites
- Attending academic and clinical meetings to promote our products and keep up to date with clinical developments
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Qualification to appropriate degree or postgraduate level
- Clinical experience of performing EEG, NCS or IOM
- A thorough understanding of our products and their clinical applications (full product training will be provided)
- Good technical “know how” and an interest in IT and medical technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate well to customers
- Good presentation skills
- Full driving licence
